These places have chefs coming up with these meals, and their ideas are usually really good. It is hard to come up with low carb menus to use at home, as this type of diet can be somewhat restrictive, even if it does tend to be more fun than the traditional low-fat and low-calories type of diet that used to be more popular. Low carb menus can be found online as well, and many of these are great for those who feel like they are stuck in a rut.
